Coffee walnut wheat flour pastries

[baking ingredients] : 140g butter, 100g sugar, 120g egg (2 large ones), 12g instant coffee + 15ML water, 10g rum
[bake] : bake in a 180 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes
Coffee walnut flour pastries:
1. Dissolve the coffee in hot water and set aside.
2. Chop walnuts (or use other dried fruits instead).
3, room temperature softened butter with yellow sugar (than white sugar has a more beautiful color and aroma, can also be replaced by white sugar).
4. Stir for about 2 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
5. Add the egg mixture 2 to 3 times.
6. Add the rum and stir until blended with the butter.
7. Add the melted coffee water and stir until blended with the butter.
8. Mix together the cake flour, baking powder and walnut kernel, then add into the butter and mix well.
9. Put the batter into a framed bag and squeeze into a large muffin paper cup for 8 minutes to fill. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes and then place the cake in the lower and middle oven for another 25 to 30 minutes.
Tip: this cake tastes better when served hot. Just tear apart the paper cup when eating.
